The AC Threaded series is a commercial adaptation of the widely used MIL-DTL-5015 connector, a staple in military and industrial applications for years. This series is recognized for its affordability and fine threaded coupling, making it suitable for both benign and harsh environments. With an impressive range of over 286 insert arrangements, accommodating from 1 to 85 circuits and supporting up to 150 amps per contact, the AC Threaded series is highly versatile.
The flexibility of these connectors is further enhanced by their ability to mix power and signal contacts, or to be configured for signal only or power only setups. To cater to diverse requirements, contacts are available in solder, crimp, or PC termination, with options for silver or gold plating (detailed part number deviations can be found in our catalog). Additionally, thermocouple and coax contacts are also offered, broadening the range of applications.
